• Lead monthly and year-end financial close, oversee financial reporting, manage annual budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash-flow, manage banking relationships, oversee general ledger and payroll, maintain internal controls, manage tax compliance, lead audits, and support acquisition due diligence and integration.
