What you'll do

• Configure, test, and deploy enterprise applications and business processes
• coordinate project resources and schedules with clients
• prepare presentations and gain consensus
• translate business requirements into application configurations
• maintain system documentation, workflows, and requirements
• prepare training materials and facilitate onsite and virtual training
• troubleshoot after go-live
• track project metrics and report status
• identify account opportunities
• participate in process improvement and internal training.
