What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, drywall, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical systems, cabinetry, laminates, appliances, glass, roofing, decks, and other woodwork
• prepare guest villas
• follow maintenance instructions and document work
• use hand and power tools
• support facilities work planning, task coordination, quality inspections, inventory counts, and light administrative tasks.
