What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
• complete apartment turns
• prioritize and close service requests
• execute preventative maintenance schedules
• coordinate third-party vendors
• maintain shop, inventory, and supplies
• keep property interiors and exteriors clean, safe, and presentable
• provide customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners
• follow Fair Housing Laws
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours emergencies.
