What you'll do

• Provide wound care and assess bandage integrity
• provide gastrostomy tube feeding care and colostomy and urostomy care as directed
• maintain treatment supplies
• document care and follow physician orders
• obtain nursing histories, assess residents, record vital signs, report changes, and contribute to care plans
• coordinate restorative treatments and support assigned staff.
