The Utility/Dishwasher role is onsite at the BCBS location in Myrtle Beach, SC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pay is $17.75 per hour. Southern Foodservice Management provides foodservice operations. The role maintains clean and ready food-service areas by washing dishes and equipment, handling supplies and trash, and following safety and sanitation procedures. It supports meal production and service through reliable cleaning and restocking.

What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, clean, wipe, scrub, polish and wash
• sort and replenish small wares
• wash pots, pans, utensils and dishes
• operate a three-bay sink
• handle chemicals according to safety protocols
• empty and reline trash receptacles
• maintain facility cleanliness
• restock food-service utensils and equipment
• complete temperature and chemical logs
• put away stock and deliveries as needed
• support meal production, service and cleanup when assigned.
