What you'll do

• Support daily instruction in small-group, whole-group, and individualized settings
• reinforce academic skills through guided practice, intervention, and enrichment
• supervise students during lunch, recess, arrival, dismissal, and other non-instructional times
• maintain a positive and safe classroom environment
• prepare materials and organize learning spaces
• monitor student progress and share observations with teachers
• support social-emotional development and conflict resolution
• provide occasional classroom coverage
• collaborate with staff and families
• follow school policies and safety protocols
• participate in professional development and team meetings.
