What you'll do

• Greet patients and assist with registration forms
• collect and update demographic information
• verify insurance and submit pre-authorizations
• establish payment methods and collect applicable payments
• schedule outpatient tests and procedures as directed
• complete daily activity reports and reconcile the cash drawer
• answer and route dental department calls
• respond to patient questions or direct them to the appropriate team member
• protect confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
