What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide overnight customer service
• complete nightly audits and balance revenue and transactions
• reconcile front desk transactions and cashier reports
• prepare daily reports for management and hotel departments
• check guests in and out
• answer calls, process reservations, and respond to inquiries
• handle concerns
• monitor overnight safety and security
• assist VIP arrivals
• promote hotel services and amenities
• maintain the front desk and follow hotel policies and Marriott brand standards.
