What you'll do

• Oversee daily photo operations and site performance
• recruit, hire, train, onboard, schedule, and coach team members
• manage staffing coverage, sales, cash handling, deposits, and financial paperwork
• coordinate with venue partners and vendors
• resolve guest concerns
• manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
