What you'll do

• Receive customer orders by phone, mail, and in person
• call customers to solicit orders and verify marketing information
• prepare quotes for internal and external customers
• promote parts sales through product knowledge and personal selling
• follow up on customer callback requests
• assist technicians and customers at the rear counter
• process orders and sales documents accurately
• handle customer credits
• prepare shipping documentation
• record lost sales and check in orders the same day received.
