What you'll do

• Manage mid-level general liability claims by gathering information to assess liability exposure
• assign reserve values, make payments as necessary, and settle claims within designated authority
• assess liability and resolve claims within evaluation
• approve and process assigned claims and manage action plans under claim or client contracts
• manage subrogation and negotiate settlements
• communicate claim actions with claimants and clients
• maintain accurate claim files and coding
• support quality programs
• travel as required.

Why this role
