What you'll do

• Plan activities and coordinate logistics with assigned schools
• arrive 30 minutes before start time with equipment, begin on time, and clean up
• coordinate with onsite staff
• track expenses and allocate resources
• identify risks and adjust plans
• serve as the location liaison and report progress
• recruit staff
• fill in for coaches as needed
• support sports marketing and branding initiatives
• attend meetings as needed
• collaborate on additional projects.
