What you'll do

• Provide respectful, trauma-informed support and clear guidance to shelter guests
• uphold shelter procedures and help regulate activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility, document incidents and guest stays, manage beds and records, answer phones, and collaborate with staff and community partners. Assist with conflict de-escalation and coordinate with emergency services during crises.
