What you'll do

• Provide general nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments
• maintain exam rooms and supplies
• prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and testing, including phlebotomy as assigned
• observe and report patient conditions and treatment responses
• educate patients and families
• prepare patients for examinations and screen for relevant information
• maintain patient records and post test results
• respond to or refer treatment-related calls
• maintain confidentiality and OSHA compliance
• coordinate cross-training and help in-service staff as appropriate.
