Chief Estimator – Commercial Construction

What you'll do

• Lead estimating and bidding
• develop accurate proposals through team leadership, risk analysis, cost forecasting, and cross-department collaboration. Build relationships with owners, clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• collaborate on negotiated opportunities and conceptual estimates
• supervise and mentor estimators
• manage labor cost analysis
• oversee subcontractor solicitation and bid coverage
• evaluate self-perform opportunities and bid strategies
• maintain estimating software practices
• serve as lead estimator when needed.
