Service Advisor — Base Plus Commission

What you'll do

• Greet customers, conduct intake, and provide status updates.
• Perform visual vehicle walk-throughs, track work orders through invoicing and warranty claims, update customer and interoffice records, and coordinate with sales, accounting, leasing, parts, warranty, and manufacturer representatives.
• Use diagnostic equipment, create vendor purchase orders and estimates, obtain customer approval, and verify completed and authorized repairs.
