What you'll do

• Assist with food ordering, storage, and preparation as designated
• assist cooks
• prepare and label nourishment
• portion desserts, salads, and other non-entree foods and pour beverages
• follow production and pre-preparation sheets
• prepare produce and measure or weigh foods for menu and nutrition accuracy
• clean equipment and work areas, sweep and mop floors, take out trash, wash dishes and cookware, and meet meal schedules.
