What you'll do

• Supervise layout, assembly, and installation of sheet metal duct
• resolve job-related problems and escalate as needed
• inventory materials
• direct work activities and schedule resources
• assess manpower and material needs
• plan crew tasks and manage crews of 2–15 workers
• read blueprints and equipment packaging lists
• coordinate with customers, owners’ representatives, trade partners, and subcontractors
• support the superintendent and project manager in completing projects on time
• implement and enforce safety policies.
