What you'll do

• Collaborate with GI and hepatology providers and staff on nutrition care and clinical operations
• conduct nutritional assessments for GI and liver conditions
• develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
• educate patients and caregivers on dietary management and transplant preparation
• monitor progress and adjust plans based on labs, symptoms, and goals
• provide virtual consultations and follow-ups
• support weight management programs
• document and communicate with physicians
• maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
• participate in quality improvement.
