What you'll do

• Lead tuck-in acquisition execution from opportunity handoff through closing and onboarding
• develop transaction plans, timelines, financial models, valuations, and business cases
• coordinate due diligence and review of financial, operational, legal, compliance, technology, client, and personnel information
• support or lead negotiations
• prepare proposals, letters of intent, term sheets, and approval materials
• coordinate closing and onboarding
• track transaction progress and risks.
