What you'll do
- Transport residents to medical appointments and other approved destinations
- assist with transfers and secure residents and mobility equipment
- remain with residents when needed
- return appointment documentation to nursing staff
- inspect and maintain vehicle records
- and provide CNA care, including assistance with daily living, mobility, vital signs, call lights, meals, hydration, and documentation.
