What you'll do

• Oversee parts sales from start to finish
• communicate parts status to customers
• use parts catalogs to look up items
• answer calls and provide price quotes and information
• pull and fill stock orders
• conduct weekly bin checks
• notify the Parts Manager about out-of-stock items
• locate parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders when needed
• bill internal parts requests to service repair orders
• receive customer payments or obtain credit authorization
• prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup.
