What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategic relationship-management plans
• lead maternal and infant health consultations, operational reviews, and annual return-on-investment presentations
• drive retention and cross-sell expansion across an assigned portfolio of 5–7 accounts
• ensure service delivery and contract compliance
• build relationships with clients and clinicians
• analyze and present clinical KPIs
• lead client meetings and events
• collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
