What you'll do

• Supervise the Engineering and Quality team
• create and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize customer satisfaction
• identify and resolve quality escalations and engineering issues involving BOM, shop-floor controls, and documentation
• establish and track KPIs
• drive Kaizen, Lean, FMEA, and ISO activities.
