The Direct Support Professional — Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) role is an onsite, part-time position in Concho, AZ. Pay is $17.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility
• administer medications only if trained and authorized
• provide companionship and support self-advocacy
• help individuals practice life skills and participate in community activities
• support goals in Individual Support Plans
• implement Positive Behavior Support strategies
• follow safety and incident reporting procedures
• document services and progress
• communicate with families, guardians, and supervisors.
