The CNC Machinist (Mill/Lathe) role is onsite in Aurora, OH, on second shift Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Compensation is $24–$29 per hour, with a $2-per-hour shift differential. The machinist supports an industrial manufacturing company's machining team.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes
• interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
• edit CNC programs
• set machine zero points and tool offsets
• select and maintain cutting tools
• perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• monitor operations and adjust as needed
• maintain equipment
• collaborate on process improvements
• support other machinists
• and maintain production documentation and safety and quality standards.

Why this role
