The supervisor helps lead the ABA Therapy Department at the assigned BY YOUR SIDE center. The role exists to maintain quality ABA care while guiding and developing the center’s clinical team. It combines clinical support and supervision, helping ensure effective, ethical services and coordinated work across disciplines.

What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor BCBAs and ABA interns
• support assessments, intervention design, reports, and caregiver education
• promote ethical behavioral analysis
• support clinical resources and onboarding
• coordinate RBT training and competency assessments
• collaborate with operations and clinical leadership on consults, service recommendations, and assessments
• oversee assigned caseload work and documentation
• supervise the center ABA Therapy Team.
