What you'll do

• Operate industrial scales and record gross, tare, and net weights
• verify weights against receiving documents, work orders, and shipping paperwork
• enter weights and job information into tracking systems
• prepare weight tickets and production records
• verify material identification and traceability
• coordinate weighing with production, receiving, shipping, and material handlers
• report discrepancies and equipment concerns
• follow quality, documentation, and safety procedures
• maintain a clean, organized scale area.
