What you'll do

• Receive and distribute due diligence items for loan closings
• log and review items against loan commitments for attorney review
• distribute materials to underwriters and attorneys
• communicate with mortgage bankers, borrowers, and others about outstanding items
• coordinate and document closings
• coordinate loan-proceeds documentation and accounting
• enter closed-loan data into the pipeline database
• maintain permanent files
• follow up on closed-loan documentation and title policies
• coordinate commitment-fee refunds
• prepare correspondence and handle phone and email communications
• provide data to servicing personnel.
