Bag Machine Operator

The Bag Machine Operator role is onsite in Milesburg, PA, and pays $21 per hour. The position works rotating 12-hour swing shifts: one month from 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, then rotating on the first Monday every other month to 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. The role supports production at Novolex. The position exists to operate bag-production machinery and help maintain safe, consistent output. The operator sets up equipment and materials, monitors production, performs inspection and packaging tasks, verifies line orders, and completes production paperwork.

• Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties
• read and verify line orders and dockets
• set up machinery and ensure materials are available
• monitor production equipment
• complete daily production paperwork
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• follow safety rules and regulations.
