What you'll do

• Lead claim creation, submission, follow-up, payment posting, reconciliation, and denial management
• develop and monitor procedures and performance measures
• ensure billing compliance with Medicaid, state, federal, and organizational requirements
• analyze performance and improve cash flow and billing processes
• resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims
• partner with Finance on revenue recognition and reporting
• lead, coach, train, and manage billing staff
• coordinate documentation and billing practices across departments
• use EHR and clearinghouse platforms
• support audits and compliance reviews.
