The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role is onsite in Cary, NC, with compensation of $10–$16 per hour. The PCA provides direct resident support with daily living activities, health monitoring, engagement, and safety, promoting residents’ dignity, comfort, and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, feeding, hydration, and hygiene
• observe and report changes in health, behavior, and physical condition
• provide medication reminders and monitor for adverse reactions
• encourage social engagement
• maintain clean and safe living areas
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• respond to emergencies according to established procedures.
