What you'll do
- Travel to client sites to diagnose and repair refrigeration and ice machine equipment
- complete customer service paperwork
- coordinate parts identification and ordering with the Parts Department
- install ordered parts
- maintain the service truck and inventory
- communicate with manufacturers, sales representatives, dealers, and customers
- identify service challenges and develop solutions
- explain service requirements and suggest additional JWS services when appropriate.
