Junior Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare customer invoices
• apply payments and maintain accounts receivable records
• monitor aging and assist with collections
• research payment discrepancies and reconcile customer accounts
• process credit memos
• assist with month-end AR close
• enter vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving documents
• support payment processing, vendor records, reconciliations, journal entries, close activities, audits, and Excel reporting.
