Job overview
The Senior Staff Technical Project Manager — Spark Product Development and NPI role is based onsite at Crusoe’s Denver office in Cherry Creek, with frequent travel to its Brighton, CO manufacturing facility and infrequent travel of less than 10% to other sites. Compensation is $175,000–$215,000 per year plus bonus. Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through AI infrastructure. The role owns the Spark product development lifecycle, from scoping and planning through detailed design and first-of-a-kind builds. It coordinates engineering, product, manufacturing, and external stakeholders to deliver the roadmap and prepare designs for reliable production at scale.
What you'll do
- Manage Spark program schedules, budgets, and scope from concept to mass production
- capture engineering requirements and support product decisions
- coordinate new product introduction, configuration management, and revision control
- identify and mitigate risks
- lead phase-gate reviews and document lessons learned
- coordinate stakeholders, design reviews, contractors, and executive status reporting
- support deployment dashboards and manufacturing scale-up.
