The role exists to produce baked goods consistently and maintain an orderly, sanitary baking workspace. The baker measures and prepares ingredients, shapes and bakes products, decorates finished goods, and helps manage inventory and equipment cleanliness.

What you'll do

• Weigh and measure ingredients
• mix and blend batters
• roll, knead, cut, or shape dough for breads, sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, and other products
• set and monitor oven temperatures
• ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
• prepare and maintain inventory
• clean and sanitize the workstation and equipment.
