What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate energy supply, development, procurement, and operational agreements
• support project development, financing, acquisitions, and asset sales
• advise on renewable energy credit transactions and energy markets
• counsel on renewable energy, storage, transmission, demand response, efficiency, and decarbonization
• manage transaction components and collaborate across practices.
