The Shift Lead role is onsite in Elk Grove, CA, with pay of $17–$18 per hour plus tips. The role supports daily operations at Super Taco, a full-service restaurant. The Shift Lead helps keep restaurant operations running smoothly, supports kitchen and front-of-house teams, and maintains guest service and satisfaction. The position also contributes to team development and operational goals through staff coaching, administrative support, and oversight when management is absent.

What you'll do

• Oversee restaurant activities when the General Manager or middle management is absent
• maintain product quality, cleanliness, and facility appearance
• support inventory, ordering, catering, and performance targets
• help interview, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
• assist with payroll and records
• address guest concerns
• assist with food preparation and kitchen or bar roles as needed.
