The Shipping and Receiving Inventory Coordinator works onsite in Westbrook, ME. Pay is $17.50–$22.50 per hour. The role tracks and presents whole-goods inventory, coordinates equipment movement and staging, and supports safe loading and unloading. What you'll do

• Track and maintain whole-goods inventory accuracy and presentation
• receive inventory into DIT within 24 hours
• apply DIT stickers and upload required photos
• complete equipment in/out checks, inventory verification, and audits
• resolve discrepancies and report issues
• organize lots and staging areas
• stage deliveries and service repairs
• load and unload equipment
• follow safety rules. Facility maintenance and delivery-driver backup may also apply at the region manager’s discretion.
