The Full-Time PreK Teacher — Tobin Children’s School role is onsite in Natick, MA. The pay range is $21–$24 per hour. The teacher works in one of the school’s two full-day, full-year PreK classrooms, supporting up to 18 children with two other full-time teachers and an afternoon assistant. Tobin Children’s School provides full-year, full-day early education programs from infancy through PreK. The teacher supports children’s learning and care through supervision, curriculum planning, assessment, and communication with parents. The role contributes to a safe, developmentally appropriate classroom and works collaboratively with the classroom team to support children’s growth and learning.

What you'll do

• Support parent communication, child supervision, curriculum planning, and child assessment
• follow safety and sanitation protocols, EEC licensing regulations, and NAEYC accreditation criteria
• collaborate with two full-time teachers and an afternoon assistant
• work a flexible eight-hour shift schedule within the classroom’s 7:15 a.m.–5:45 p.m. operating hours.
