Project Coordinator — People Team Transformation

Job overview

The Project Coordinator role is onsite in Austin, TX. Compensation is $30–$32 per hour. The position supports People Team transformation initiatives focused on AI enablement, automation, digital experiences, operational excellence, and knowledge management. The coordinator helps move cross-functional initiatives from intake through deployment by organizing plans, requirements, meetings, risks, and deliverables. The role connects business stakeholders with People Systems, People Technology, CIT, and other partners to support implementation, adoption, and measurable project outcomes.

• track milestones and action items
• gather and document requirements
• support testing and deployment readiness
• coordinate AI and automation work
• maintain dashboards and governance updates
• organize SOPs and project artifacts.
