What you'll do

  • create visual supports, social stories, task schedules, and reinforcement systems
  • provide in-session behavioral support as needed
  • conduct brief family intake interviews about behavioral profiles, communication, sensory sensitivities, and reinforcers
  • use real-time strategies to de-escalate anxiety, manage challenging behavior, and re-engage participants
  • advise research teams on accommodations and study modifications that preserve data integrity.
