Residential Counselor

What you'll do

• Support development and implementation of person-centered service and recovery plans
• teach and supervise daily living skills
• document progress and staff interventions
• assist with medication regimens
• support meals, housekeeping, hygiene, and community activities
• respond to safety situations
• uphold participant rights and encourage independence.
