Classroom Aide – First Shift

The Classroom Aide – First Shift role is onsite in Reading, PA, and pays $20–$22 per hour. The role also assists with student supervision, behavior support, records, and daily classroom preparation.

What you'll do

• Assist with approved curriculum and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• support pupil behavior and classroom organization
• escort and supervise students in school settings
• prepare displays and daily materials
• assist with grading and student records
• reinforce lessons one-on-one or in small groups
• implement behavior and safety plans
• complete behavior tracking and paperwork
• administer medication only if applicable and trained.
