Traveling Concrete Foreman

What you'll do

• Lead a concrete crew of approximately 4–5 employees
• oversee daily concrete construction and project schedules
• coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and production
• read plans, specifications, and project requirements
• maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel
• train and mentor crew members
• implement company systems and procedures
• troubleshoot field issues
• travel to assigned project locations.
