• manage salaried and hourly teams, including goal setting, training, coaching, and performance reviews
• execute SOPs and adapt to changing system loads and priorities
• develop processes and documentation for issue response
• communicate with customer leaders and Symbotic headquarters
• monitor system performance and report trends with actionable solutions
• deliver KPI reporting
• conduct and document accident investigations.
