What you'll do

• Conduct preneed and at-need family meetings
• explain funeral, cremation, and memorial options
• complete contracts, applications, and records
• discuss insurance- and trust-funded preneed options
• maintain CRM and preneed files
• generate leads through community outreach, seminars, referrals, and campaigns
• provide aftercare follow-up and referrals to grief resources
• support audits and comply with licensing and regulatory requirements. Evening, weekend, holiday, and on-call availability is required
• travel between locations may be required.
