What you'll do

• Engage individuals and families to identify strengths, barriers, and goals
• provide coaching and practical support
• help clients develop routines, coping, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and communication skills
• assist with community resources
• document services in databases and electronic health records
• collaborate with partners
• follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and ethical requirements
• travel within designated service areas.
