What you'll do

• Analyze ALTEN and competitor performance
• provide market and customer insights
• identify and escalate business risks
• support Global Account Managers and selected accounts
• engage senior-level customers on commercial activity
• monitor sales momentum and pipeline health
• create CRM-based insights, dashboards, and reports
• conduct win/loss analysis
• coordinate RFI responses and support RFQs
• improve sales processes and tools
• maintain a central sales repository
• and recruit, develop, and manage Sales Operations Managers and Analysts.
